Consent to the senses of Law 675/96: In execution of the art.11 of the Law 675/96, that brings dispositions for guardianship of people and of other subjects as to the treatment of the personal data, the Customer consents to the treatment of his own personal data,directly or also through a third party, besides for the integral execution of the contract or to comply with obligations previewed from the law, from a regulation or from the communitarian norm, also for the following purposes: in order to elaborate studies, statistics and researches of the market; to send advertising and informative material; to complete direct activities of sale or of placement of products and services; to send commercial information; to carry out interactive commercial communications. The customer will be able, in every moment, to withdraw his consent and/or object to the treatment of his own personal data, with the faculty, for IDROCENTRO, to resolve the present contract.
